Express delivery – courier service with tracking, delivery by 12.00 noon during working day, excluding public holidays. Signature required by the receiver.
Costs for delivery service will be calculated at the quotation stage as long as a delivery address has been provided. All prices unless agreed are for weekdays, Monday to Friday and are for the ground floor main entrance of your address. Please Note: Working days exclude public holidays. Restricted postcodes and delivery exceptions: This will be dependent on the courier company used.
International, EU, USA & Canada delivery service
A Courier service with, tracking service and business day delivery. Costs for delivery service will be calculated at the quotation stage as long as a delivery address has been provided. All goods imported are subject to Customs Duty and Taxes.
Lead Times and Delivery Dates
Made to measure items can take between 4-5 weeks to arrive once the order has been placed. If you would like to know if your order can be delivered sooner, please contact us. In some cases such as for bespoke or out of stock items, the scheduled delivery date may need to be altered by us due to production time scales. However we’ll notify you as soon as possible to reschedule a revised delivery date.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email email@example.com or call +44 (0) 1727 834 043 immediately. We recommend that you check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If the products are damaged in transit, missing or incorrect, you must notify us within seven days of delivery and any claim regarding missing pieces or damages must be made within seven days of receipt of goods, by telephone, followed by a written claim.
Changing / Cancelling / Returning an order
There will be no charge for cancellation or amendments to orders if notification is received within 7 days of placing the original order. All amendments to orders must be notified in writing. Please note that bespoke shelving, special orders, made to measure and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or not as described. Any special offer or ex-display items cannot be returned or refunded.
It is the customers responsibility to check the order form and confirm that all products and address details are correct and to ensure that all measurements of items purchased are checked to ensure site accessibility. Any item of furniture that we were unable to deliver as a result of problems involving access that were not mentioned in writing at the time of order will not be refunded.
In order to arrange a refund, return or exchange you will need to contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or call +44(0) 1727 834 043. You will receive instructions on how to proceed with the product return. Accessories purchased direct from our website www.madebyonandon.com can be exchanged or refunded after 14 days of receiving the goods.
